At Vineyard Hospice, we believe that end-of-life care is sacred. It is holy ground — a space where love, compassion, and faith intertwine to carry individuals and families through one of life's most tender transitions.

Our Story

Our journey began with a simple, powerful vision: to minister to the soul while caring for the body.

Founded by two compassionate nurses and a devoted chaplain, Vineyard Hospice was born out of a shared calling to bring hospice care back to its roots — personal, prayerful, and profoundly loving.

Together, we bring over 25 years of experience in clinical care, spiritual support, and community service. But more than our credentials, what binds us is our heart: to serve with dignity, faith, and honor, just as Christ modeled for us.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide soul-nurturing, Christ-centered hospice care that honors every life with love, compassion, and dignity. We aim to bring healing — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually — to both patients and families during their most vulnerable season.

We are committed to walking with families, not just treating patients. We meet every moment with prayer, presence, and purpose — creating an atmosphere of peace, not panic; love, not loss; and hope, not helplessness.

Our Vision

At Vineyard Hospice, our vision reaches beyond today.

We are raising up the next generation of hospice workers — not just employees, but caregivers who see this work as a ministry. We believe the caregivers of tomorrow should be trained with excellence, mentored with love, and equipped with the spiritual strength to carry others through the valleys of life.

We don't just want to hire staff — we want to equip and deploy hospice workers we would trust to care for us and our loved ones when our time comes.

We envision a future where every bedside is filled with not only skill and knowledge, but prayerful hands and compassionate hearts. A future where families in Metro Atlanta feel the presence of God's love in every visit, every conversation, every embrace.

We are a locally owned, Christian-based hospice, rooted in community and grounded in the Golden Rule: We give the care we would want to receive.
